Istanbul is on UTC+3 all year round; Turkey stopped changing its clocks in 2016. Sessions are scheduled roughly between 09:00 and 22:00 Istanbul time. Here is what that window means in a few cities where clients often live:
| Where you are | Difference from Istanbul | 09:00–22:00 in Istanbul is |
| London | 3 hours behind in winter, 2 in summer | 06:00–19:00 in winter, 07:00–20:00 in summer |
| Berlin, Amsterdam, Paris | 2 hours behind in winter, 1 in summer | 07:00–20:00 in winter, 08:00–21:00 in summer |
| New York, Toronto | 8 hours behind in winter, 7 in summer | 01:00–14:00 in winter, 02:00–15:00 in summer |
| Los Angeles | 11 hours behind in winter, 10 in summer | 22:00–11:00 in winter, 23:00–12:00 in summer (starting the evening before) |
| Dubai | 1 hour ahead | 10:00–23:00 |
| Riyadh, Doha | Same time | 09:00–22:00 |
In practice, that means a morning or early-afternoon slot for North America, while Europe and the Gulf can book almost any time of day. Europe and North America change their clocks on different weekends in March and in October or November, so for a few weeks a year the gap differs by an hour from the table. The time is checked in both time zones when the session is scheduled.
